MESA Reviews & Product Details

MESA is AI automation built for Shopify and Ecommerce sellers. Describe what you want in plain English, and MESA builds a multi-step workflow that runs on its own and connects your store to the 100+ apps you already use. MESA is made for people who run online stores without an engineering team: founders, solo operators, marketers, and ops leads who wear every hat. It takes over the repetitive work that used to need extra headcount, so one person can deliver the output of a whole team. HOW IT WORKS 1. Tell MESA what you need. Type a request like "When a VIP customer places an order, tag them, add them to my Klaviyo list, and post it in Slack." MESA's AI assistant turns it into a live workflow in about 30 seconds. 2. Or start from a template. Pick from 300+ ready-made workflows for Shopify and Etsy, then customize any step. 3. Let it run. Workflows run when something happens in your store or on a schedule, and they keep going while you sleep. Every run is logged, so you can see what happened and fix anything that didn't work. WHAT SELLERS AUTOMATE WITH MESA • Orders and fulfillment: route and tag orders, notify suppliers, and send tracking updates. • Inventory: sync stock across locations, channels, and spreadsheets, and get low-stock alerts before you sell out. • Customers: tag and segment customers, sync them to your email and SMS tools, and trigger personalized follow-ups. • Reporting: send sales, product, and customer data to Google Sheets or Slack daily or weekly. • Alerts: get notified about high-value orders, fraud risk, failed payments, or anything that needs a human. • AI steps: have AI write product descriptions, summarize support tickets, sort reviews, or draft replies, then pass the result to the next step. WHY SELLERS CHOOSE MESA • Built for ecommerce. Zapier and Make are general-purpose tools built for technical users. MESA is designed around store data like orders, products, customers, and inventory, so workflows match how a store actually runs. • Your whole stack, not just Shopify. Shopify Flow stays inside Shopify. MESA connects the tools around your store, including Google Sheets, Slack, Klaviyo, Gorgias, ShipStation, Airtable, OpenAI, and Claude. • AI that keeps working. Hooking AI up to an app once proves a task is possible. MESA keeps it running on a schedule, monitored and logged, so you don't have to become the engineer who maintains it. • No code, no ceiling. Build with plain English or the visual builder. When you need more, add conditions, filters, loops, and custom code steps. • Real humans on support. Our team helps you build and troubleshoot workflows, and customers mention it often in their reviews. WHO USES MESA Shopify and Etsy sellers, from first-year shops to established brands like Rothy's, Adidas, Allure, and GQ. MESA is rated 4.9 stars on the Shopify App Store.
