The most best thing is we can manage our customer subscribtion and retention. Overall shop2app is best application for mobile application, according to me. **What do you dislike about Shop2app?** Overall the application is very good, but there are pricing issue but with time, i think the shop2app team will do the needful for there customers, and improve the application, also for some non technical guy the process of using it could be difficult sometimes. **What problems is Shop2app solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have a family business, and i needed a application for my bussiness to cater some customer of my state, but did had much techinical knowledge of how to build a app, but with shop2app, it was easy to manage the customers and build an app for the business, also it helped me managing the reviews and retention of the customers at one place.
