The user interface and the platform is easy to understand and use. I had tried couple other portfolio sites but it had too many clicks to get to what you want to do. The layout is also simple to see and navigate around. I also like that Shootproof plan is based on the number of images and not the image's size. I'm using Shootproof for over 4 years and my clients love the galleries, they are visually very attractive and the easy use of functions like Download and Buy Photo are great, I love that my clients can pick their own favourite wedding photos that I then create their wedding albums from. In Contacts and also in Contracts, it would be great if more than one client's name could be added like a Bride & Groom Option. You can run out of space quickly but the archiving option is a great help to free up space while still having a secure online gallery of my clients photographs when they need it.
