The layouts allow my photos to shine and choosing their favorites (and purchasing them) is a breeze. **What do you dislike about ShootProof?** The part I dislike is the way coupons/discounts are set up. I still have trouble finding the right combo of choices to allow my clients to get the discounts I want them to have without just invoicing them separately. **Recommendations to others considering ShootProof:** I would give it a try - everything from creating a gallery, setting up your pricing sheet, etc is so simple. ShootProof has done an amazing job not overcomplicating this - which is something that has steered me away from other programs. That is excessive in today’s world and the possibilities. We use one of the several labs they offer to ship directly to our clients so we rarely have to touch prints ourselves. Uploading photos is very easy as well and the interface is nice looking. I also love the mobile apps that I can create. **What do you dislike about ShootProof?** Ordering for ourselves is still kind of a pain - it takes a little bit for the system to process what we have ordered. The contacts don't always connect to other parts of the system. You can send emails and look at what you have sent but they have to be sent from a Gallery so you really can't use it as a CRM even though they have contracts available for use. **Recommendations to others considering ShootProof:** This is a great system - there are some limitations but if you need way to create albums and galleries, sell online, and not pay an arm and a leg - this is the system for you. **What problems is ShootProof solving and how is that benefiting you?** The price and ease of use along with the various labs they are associated is really what attracted us to this. Clients can easily mark favorites or other custom categories and order products online. **What do you dislike about ShootProof?** The client side of ordering from the gallery is a bit backwards and cumbersome. I wish that it would start with a product and then choose a photo rather than the other way around. It also doesn't allow for products with multiple images - those can be ordered with one image and requires a follow up to find out which photos to include in things like albums or collages. **Recommendations to others considering ShootProof:** Great for those who want a robust client gallery system that allows integration with Lightroom and several CRM programs. Ordering for clients can be a bit cumbersome and I think they can improve this feature. The ability to archive and save galleries is a must-have feature for me! **What problems is ShootProof solving and how is that benefiting you?** Easily share photo galleries that clients can download or select from proofs for final product orders. Clients love seeing their images online in galleries and the ability to place orders online is a bonus.
