## About ShiftBID
ShiftBID is a standalone shift bidding software for organizations. Designed to be used in environments where union rules and collective bargaining agreements make bidding by hand slow and inefficient. ShiftBID has three bidding modes: Standard, Sprint, and Ranked. All three are designed to help administrators integrate bidding into their organization's existing rules and framework. Admins can monitor bidding as it happens and view/export bid results at the end of a session. Employees in the bidding order can be set by seniority, qualifications, or a custom order.
