What stands out most about Sharkly is how seamlessly it balances deep task management with simple execution. Many project management tools become clunky once you scale up team members, but Sharkly keeps our roadmaps, task dependencies, and sprint backlogs completely organized. The automated status updates and intelligent backlog grooming save our team hours of manual admin work each week, letting our engineers stay focused on shipping product updates.
