Shareflo Reviews & Product Details

Shareflo is cap table and share scheme software for UK companies. Shares, options, vesting and documents live in one record, with self-service portals for employees and investors. It runs EMI schemes end to end: pre-drafted rules and award agreements, grants, vesting, exercises and leavers. Filings are outputs of the same record — SH01s, ERS returns and share conversions, kept in step with Companies House and HMRC. Every award keeps its approval record and documents, dated when it happened rather than reconstructed years later, so diligence is an export rather than a fortnight of archaeology. Your finance, HR and legal teams get their own logins with role-limited access. Flo, the built-in AI agent, advises on share schemes and compliance, and can carry out actions on your confirmation. An MCP connector lets you query and update your cap table from Claude. Free up to 20 stakeholders, no minimum term, full data export any time, including if you decide to leave.
