Salesforce has no native webhooks. Teams poll the API on a timer, rely on Outbound Messages (SOAP-only, retries stop after 24 hours), or spend months building and maintaining their own consumer against Salesforce's Pub/Sub API. Every record create, update, delete, and undelete arrives HMAC-SHA256 signed with timestamped, rotating secrets your team can verify in four lines of code. Delivery is engineered for production: at-least-once delivery with up to 31 jittered retries over roughly two and a half days, a 14-day dead-letter queue with one-click replay, endpoint health tracking with automatic pause and email alerts, and full per-event observability — payload, every delivery attempt, response codes, and latency. Developer experience extras include a built-in "send test event" button that pushes a synthetic payload through the real pipeline, a public payload playground for verifying signatures before you sign up, prerendered documentation, and a public status page. Pricing is flat and predictable — three tiers from $49 to $399/month by event volume, not per-task pricing that scales with every record change — with a 14-day free trial on any tier.
