I appreciate that Sequel.io is a highly efficient webinar management platform with a multitude of options and more developed features than most other tools. We particularly appreciate the ability to manage multiple events at the same time. The cross-referenced statistics with the website and the CRM, the integration of data on the website and then on the CRM, in our case Salesforce, are very useful, although it would be even more convenient if Sequel.io connected directly to Salesforce. The tools available during the sessions, such as clickable call-to-action pop-up buttons, very intuitive surveys for the audience, private or public chats are there. There are also facilities to organize team sessions on the same link as the event itself and the recording of the session is also accessible on the same link. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Sequel.io? The number of people registered for the event is not visible from the gallery. You have to enter each event to see this information. When a webinar is modified, whether it's the date or a time, the confirmation and invitation email is not automatically sent to our hosts or presenters, even to people who are already registered, to announce this change. If this feature exists, it is not intuitive. On the other hand, the event in the Outlook calendar is sent automatically and this is a feature appreciated by my teams. Also, not having access to both the presenter view and the participant view from the same screen is not very practical. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
