Integrating the platform directly into our site makes the attendee experience smooth and on-brand (a huge advantage). The tools and platform are easy to use and makes for stress-free streaming. The Sequel team were great to work with from start to finish. It's clear the team are focused on consistently improving the product. Updates are well communicated within the platform. On one occasion, an internal glitch led us to be unable to go live. Whilst frustrating (for us and attendees waiting for us to go live) the engineering team jumped on to help solve the issue.
