Two days before it expired, I clicked to cancel it, but for some reason, it did not work. I have then canceled the account and asked to delete all data. Two days after my PayPal was charged and I asked them to provide a refund, and they said because it was two days past, they would not refund, even after I've never used it during the two days, and my account was entirely deleted. They are very hungry for money and use the trial as a money trap. Be aware, avoid at all costs. A good company would be reasonable and would understand that error could happen and be willing to help, but not them. They will talk about the terms and conditions and nothing more, zero support for customers—scam, Scam, rip-off company. Now I'm scared of my data being added to their system.
