Uptime monitoring. HTTP, keyword, TCP, and heartbeat checks run as often as every minute. A monitor configured with two or more regions must reach a cross-region consensus before an incident opens, so a single network blip does not create a false alarm. Checks feed 90 days of uptime history, daily rollups, and response time charts. Status pages. Fast, branded pages on your own custom domain or a sentivel.com subdomain, in two designs, light and dark. Includes scheduled maintenance windows, per-incident pages and history, email subscribers with double opt-in, an Atom feed, embeddable status badges and widgets, and importers for Atlassian Statuspage and Instatus. Third-party provider monitoring. Sentivel continuously polls a curated catalog of providers you build on, including AWS, Stripe, Cloudflare, Vercel, Google Cloud, and GitHub, so an upstream incident shows up on your dashboard without you checking six status pages. Dependency mapping and cascade. You map which of your components depend on which providers, down to a specific region or service rather than the whole vendor. When a mapped provider has an incident, the affected component is flagged and Sentivel automatically posts a clear, provider-attributed advisory on your public page, for example that there is an ongoing issue with a service you rely on and some functionality may be affected. The advisory clears itself when the upstream issue resolves. The map is always defined by you, never inferred. On-call and incident response. On-call rotations with layers and overrides, Google Calendar and iCal sync, multi-step escalation policies with severity routing and attached runbooks, one-click acknowledgement from any device, and paging by email, SMS, or phone call. Integrations for Slack, Discord, and generic webhooks, plus an inbound Slack /incident command. Optional AI-drafted incident updates that you review before posting. For automation. A public REST API and a hosted MCP server let an AI agent or script manage monitors, incidents, status pages, on-call schedules, escalation policies, and integrations. Pricing is per workspace, billed in GBP, USD, or EUR. Free includes a status page, monitoring, provider tracking, and dependency cascade. Pro is £19 per month billed annually and adds on-call, escalation, multi-region checks, and AI drafts. Business is £79. I like that the free tier provides more value than some paid tiers of similar services. They also monitor some upstream dependencies for my products, which makes it easier to determine if downtime is on my side or not, saving us time in mitigating downtime. The setup process was very easy—my agent followed Sentivel's instructions and set up monitoring for our services in minutes. I also use their MCP server with my AI Agents and integrate it with my website's notice banner system to provide realtime outage alerts. **What do you dislike about Sentivel?** I think they could definitely use a more streamlined onboarding process for new users. A guided tour around some of the extra features aside from basic monitors would be great to better understand all of the features. **What problems is Sentivel solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Sentivel to monitor the uptime and health of my SaaS products worldwide, instantly notifying me of downtime. It also monitors upstream dependencies, helping us quickly identify if issues are on our side, saving time in resolving downtime. ### 2. This reviewer was not provided any incentive by G2 for completing this review. **Reviewed Date:** August 05, 2026 **What do you like best about Sentivel?** Sentivel was easy to set up, the owner answered my questions almost immediately, and it was really easy to add my integrations to the status page through their Dependencies tab. **What do you dislike about Sentivel?** Currently, the only complaint I have about Sentivel is some of the integrations I wanted to add to my status page aren't available, such as GitLab. **What problems is Sentivel solving and how is that benefiting you?** Sentivel allowed me to easily create a status page for my new application for a cheaper price than most other status page services.
