What do you like best about Sentivel?

I use Sentivel to monitor uptime and health of my SaaS products, and it keeps a watchful eye on my services from multiple regions around the world, notifying me immediately when something goes down. I like that the free tier provides more value than some paid tiers of similar services. They also monitor some upstream dependencies for my products, which makes it easier to determine if downtime is on my side or not, saving us time in mitigating downtime. The setup process was very easy—my agent followed Sentivel's instructions and set up monitoring for our services in minutes. I also use their MCP server with my AI Agents and integrate it with my website's notice banner system to provide realtime outage alerts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sentivel?

I think they could definitely use a more streamlined onboarding process for new users. A guided tour around some of the extra features aside from basic monitors would be great to better understand all of the features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sentivel?

Sentivel was easy to set up, the owner answered my questions almost immediately, and it was really easy to add my integrations to the status page through their Dependencies tab. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sentivel?

Currently, the only complaint I have about Sentivel is some of the integrations I wanted to add to my status page aren't available, such as GitLab. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
