They were incredibly patient, professional, and always available to help us with questions and doubts. Honestly, there is nothing to dislike about the service we received from Sensiba. The audit process itself is inherently rigorous and requires a significant commitment of time and resources from any company, but that is the nature of the certification **Recommendations to others considering Sensiba LLP:** I would highly recommend Sensiba to any company, especially a technology or SaaS business, that needs to undergo a SOC audit. Nothing to dislike whatsoever. **Recommendations to others considering Sensiba LLP:** If you need audit services, check them out and get a quote. They've got the credentials, their staff is great, and their quotes are very competitive. **What problems is Sensiba LLP solving and how is that benefiting you?** I've used Sensiba for ISO27001 and SOC 2 Type 1 and 2 audits for more than two years. I've interacted with many individuals at Sensiba during that time and everyone one of them are top notch in customer service and knowledge in their area. With a GRC automation tool their audits are almost 100% hands off. My 27001 audits use to take 24-40+ hours per year in face to face time with auditors alone. Now its about an hour per audit. They have patience, they give you advice on proper evidence they need, and they are always upfront and don't surprise you. ### 3. Then our next yearly audits were given to their competent staff who helped review things months before the audit close to make sure we were on track. The preparation work make the actual audit at the end of the year the least stressful part. **What do you dislike about Sensiba LLP?** I can't think of any significant issues that cost us extra time or money.
