Support is quick to respond if you run into any issues, although in my experience that rarely happens. Most of the listed games run smoothly, and the overall experience feels very similar to playing on your own PC. **What do you dislike about SensePC?** I think some games would benefit from being pre-configured (launchers, updates, and required packages already installed) to make the experience more seamless for users. Other than that, I believe the platform has a lot of potential and provides a great experience when everything works as intended. **What problems is SensePC solving and how is that benefiting you?** SensePC solves the problem of expensive gaming hardware and storage limitations. In that case, SensePC fulfills the purpose because we don’t need to pay that much, and we also don’t need to wait for a system to be built by a technician. It’s ready within a few minutes, so we can start using it from day 1 as their UI / UX is too much easy so any one can use it with minimal instructions. We can connect to the system virtually from anywhere, and that’s the biggest advantage of SensePC. **What do you dislike about SensePC?** As of now there is nothing I noticed that I dislike. **What problems is SensePC solving and how is that benefiting you?** We don't need to Physical High end system to be placed, instead we can use it through our laptop or existing device by connecting through webbrowser. ### 3.
