What truly sets Sendspark apart is their support team - specifically Dan, who has been instrumental in our success. When we faced a critical audio normalization issue during a client handover (audio levels were inconsistent in dynamic campaigns), Dan not only diagnosed the root cause within hours but actually reprocessed our video to attempt a fix. This level of hands-on technical support is rare in SaaS. The platform itself excels at maintaining video quality while enabling true personalization. The workspace management is flexible enough for our multi-client setup, and the API integration points work flawlessly with our n8n orchestration layer. **What do you dislike about Sendspark?** The AI voice cloning can be sensitive to source audio quality - low volume recordings or background static can affect the output quality in dynamic campaigns. The AI quality is high - wasn't sure what to expect when we first looked into tools in this space, but Sendspark's personalization is well done. Also great that there is accessible pricing. We briefly compared some other solutions but the entry point was too high for what we could justify initially. **What do you dislike about Sendspark?** Not much I can say here. I'm a big fan of Sendspark and the direction of the platform. It's therefore frustrating when you can't action changes yourself. I found that the product didn't fit my use case (I wanted full person videos with no background) and therefore need to downgrade. They stop me being able to do this myself which is dissapointing. **What problems is Sendspark solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm sending 'personalised' thank you's and introductions on behalf of a client. ### 5. The LinkedIn integration makes it seem like a viewer will see the thumbnail of your video, but if you haven't connected yet, they'll only see a url. But I fully expect that this is because LinkedIn prevents the thumbnail from coming through for non-connections. **What problems is Sendspark solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helped me personalize job applications. ### 6. I used to create videos just for one step in the outreach before. Now it helps me to: create product walkthroughs for prospects, do personalized outreach (at scale!!), send a quick video update on Linkedin, through Hubspot and even create Linkedin personal content. I use it every day. After adding it to Hubspot, Linkedin and downloading the desktop app, seems like Sendspark pops up as a better alternative for any written outreach I do. I feel that I am so much more on video after starting to use Sendspark. And for a sales person it is a superpower as it brings me so much closer to buyers through personalisation. Very easy to use. I had someone create a Happy New Year message for our clients and I needed somewhere to host it. I didn't mind the free version but wanted to brand it a bit more so I upgraded short term. I added others on my team with ease so that they could also embed the video and send to their clients adn vendors too. Everyone that viewed it loved it so I am encouraged to do it again. And will definitely use SendSpark again and recommend it. Customer Support was very available and responded immediately. **What do you dislike about Sendspark?** I didn't realize that embedding a video sent people to SendSpark's website but turned out OK since I could brand it with my company logo and colors. For some reason my screen turned red every time I logged in so not sure if that is on SendSpark's end or I need a new computer! **What problems is Sendspark solving and how is that benefiting you?** Needed somewhere to host a Happy New Year message and I did not want to deal with adding a page to our website. I love the extra features of being able to add my logo, customize the button, and text overlay on the preview video as well. Customer support has also been really great. **What do you dislike about Sendspark?** The only downsides I've noticed is not having a feature to add speaking notes next to the video that only I can see (so I have a script or outline to follow). It also takes a long time for the finished video to load. Other than that I don't really have any complaints. **What problems is Sendspark solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps me add a personal touch to my messages so they can see me and hear my voice, all while looking really personalized and professional. ### 10.
