SendPulse Chatbots Reviews & Product Details

SendPulse Chatbots is a chatbot-building platform that helps businesses automate customer conversations across messaging channels such as WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, Telegram, TikTok, and Viber. It is part of the broader SendPulse platform, an AI-driven email and chatbot marketing solution for scaling businesses, and it is used by companies that want to combine marketing, sales, and customer support in a single set of tools. The platform provides a drag-and-drop flow builder for creating automated conversation flows, such as welcome messages, FAQs, order updates, and lead-qualification sequences, without requiring coding knowledge. Chatbots can be connected to advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram through click-to-chat and ads-to-chat functionality, and businesses can accept payments directly inside WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger conversations. Conversation flows can also include AI-powered steps that generate responses, collect customer information, and help qualify leads. Key features include: • A multichannel chatbot builder for WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, Telegram, TikTok, and Viber, with a no-code, drag-and-drop flow editor. • A built-in CRM that consolidates contacts, conversations, and deals from every connected channel into a single workspace, so teams can track leads and customers across channels. • AI-powered automation steps within conversation flows that can generate replies, qualify leads, and create content. • Official Meta partner and WhatsApp Business API, SendPulse offers an official Facebook integration, supporting ads-to-chat lead generation and in-chat payments. • A free-forever plan alongside paid subscription tiers with role-based access, so teams of different sizes can assign different permission levels. SendPulse has been doing business across Europe and Latin America — with an office in Brazil — for more than 11 years, and its tools are used by more than 200,000 customers worldwide.
