What do you like best about SendNow?

What do you like best about SendNow?

I am using SendNow for couple of the weeks. It is really amazing. It has very simple and clean interface. I am using 20+ domain and 60 email address to send 3000 email per day. But still it doesn't encounter any issue. I have been using instantly priviously for more than one projects. But it was creating mass cause instantly.io don't have workspace option. But sendnow have it. I can easily divide different projects in different workspace. :) And the the founder is aslo very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SendNow?

They should do some improvement in their contact section. I can remove the tags, but can't delete the contacts. Even it is hard to manage the contacts for diffent campaigns. What do you like best about SendNow?

Biggest upside is the deliverability. I've run side-by-side tests with other cold email sending platforms and I consistently see higher reply rates on SendNow with the same exact copy, list, and sending emails. Switching to SendNow is the simplest, easiest thing you can do to book more meetings. As the Founder/CEO of a B2B lead gen company, this has greatly increased the amount of meetings we're booking for ourselves and for our clients. Plus, the support is near instantaneous and extremely helpful and the interface is easy to navegate. Also, the ability to have unlimited workspaces is crucial for agency owners; it lets us keep all our clients separate and organized. I could not recommend SendNow enough - it really is the hidden tool that can 2X your results from your cold email campaigns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SendNow?

The platform itself is: intuitive. Clean. Elegant. Well thought-out. Does what it promises and does so beautifully. Super easy to use. I implemented and started driving from day 1. Yet, I always find newer layers of how to more effectively use the platform. The simplicity that meets the eye belies the distilled wisdom that lie beneath.

The right sending platform is easily the centerpiece of any sales org next to their CRM. With the wave of stricter cold email practices, we must all adapt and get better. Part of the game is to have good data, so you can run a tighter ships. Another part is employing a tool that is both powerful enough to scale and flexible enough to accommodate new requirements. SendNow hits on both points.

The people: Super knowledgeable team. I've learned more about email deliverability from talking to the team than I have from deep research. The team is constantly refining the platform and responding to feedback.

The vision: there are a lot of sending platforms out there. What differentiates this one is its focus on the "boring" stuff that are no one really understands but are the backbones of deliverability. Most other platform talks about it like an art school project full of best practices and anecdotes. This team actually puts in features that think ahead for its customers so that you can be ahead of the game.

The support: Did I mention that already? Did every other reviewer mention that already? You're not getting a 20-year old who is following customer service script feeding you lines. You talk to real pros who know their business and the tech specs inside and out. They're thinking about problems and well rounded solutions.

The price: Very competitively priced. It seems to be a part of the company's strategy - to be overwhelmingly valuable. From talking to the CEO, SendNow has a long vision. I highly doubt the price will stay as low as it currently is. But it doesn't seem that the company's first mission is to make more money, but rather to provide value and get the product right. It's the sort of long-term thinking that builds the best companies. In the meantime, my fellow sellers, take advantage of it -- it's prcied well! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SendNow?

It could use more AI integration. Case in point about the team's maturity. I asked about it. Their answer to me was simple: "Yes we agree. No one is doing it correctly yet. We are looking for the right solution." On point. I've seen many haphazard attempts out there that frankly I hesitate to use for fear of questionable output.

What do you like best about SendNow?

I kept burning through domains for recruiting (our biz) and would go from 40% open rate to <10% within a few months. SendNow got me way above 40% now and KEEPS me there. Their deliverability system is genius. Wish I had thought of it. Simple and powerful. This is a no-brainer. Highest possible recommendation. Customer service gets a huge shout out, too.
