Selleris Reviews & Provider Details

Selleris is a go-to-market (GTM) engineering agency that builds and improves client-owned revenue systems on HubSpot for B2B SaaS and tech-enabled SMBs with mid-market ambitions. We build the revenue system your growth needs, and you own it from day one. Our program, Selleris Revenue Loop, connects the full customer lifecycle (demand generation, prospecting, sales, onboarding, retention and expansion) through shared business context, enriched and scored data, AI agents, automation and reporting. HubSpot is the operational center; your existing product, billing and support platforms can stay in place. Customer context is carried across handoffs using SPICED by Winning by Design. Every engagement starts with the Free Revenue Diagnostic. Within 10 calendar days of readiness of the agreed minimum data and access, we review your lifecycle, investigate the priority constraint, run a focused proof of concept and deliver a decision brief: proposed results, their forecast financial value and one fixed total price, side by side. Work then runs as Build & Improve: an initial Build of the agreed capabilities, followed by separately scoped Improve work. Before each result we agree the completion criteria, the verification method and the fixed payment it triggers. There is no upfront Selleris delivery fee and no automatic retainer. Software, credits and cloud costs are paid directly to providers with zero markup. We do not invoice an undelivered result. Selleris builds and improves the system; your team runs day-to-day revenue operations and keeps control of the accounts, data and delivered assets, with 100% of licenses in your name. Behind it: CRM engineering since 2017, 400+ CRM projects delivered directly and through implementation partners, a 5+ years average client relationship, and HubSpot Solutions Partner and Microsoft partner status.
