They over promise and under deliver. I run a complex business and they opened up the sales pitch with all the right answers. The second I put in my down payment, all of those promises went out the window and led to, oh I didn't realize you meant that - and - Yes it's in development. If there are features that i'm not aware that I need and SellerActive does' have those features... well, then someone should tell me I need something SellerActive doesn't offer... otherwise i'm not aware I need those features yet. I was never able to implement this as I originally planned. There needs to be a much better listing management process. In the end, I decided to only use Seller Active for managing shipping.
