SelectZero works very well overall, but the only downside is that the user interface may not appeal to everyone. Some users find it a bit less intuitive at first, and it can take time to get used to the layout. However, the team continuously improves the UI based on feedback. SelectZero is easy to use, down-to-earth platform for an organization starting with data governance no matter the number of users or databases. It allows to handle everything from buisness glossary management to data quality testing and much more on a single platform. Simple and intuitive menu structures make it easy to learn for even those who are not versed in data management. Various customizable alerting methods means that I don't need to spend time on the platform fishing for problems, but let the platform tell me when and where issues occur. Customizable metadata fields allow for answering the most demanding tasks. Using the on premise depolyment has not crashed once for almost a year. The few issues I have ran into with connecting to some specific database types were solved by customer support within hours, half a day maximum.
