What do you like best?

Every year there is new addition in features and integration of various features. i am using SeeTest from 2010 and recommending to different customer with different region (NA,APAC,EUROPE). The OnPremises Private cloud inhouse concept was first Introduce by Experitest. which is most of the BFSI customer like though. 2. I like the Support and process model. each Support request and response from Support team is awesome. support team will provide live meeting and to provide solution for the problem Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

when i was working with telecom customer, unfortunately that deal was take 3 months period. during that 3 months period i was liaising with various Business manager from Experitest. due to that i was struggling to explain the entire RFP requirement to each Business manager everytime. i would suggest to keep one Business Manager to end of RFP process complete. 2. need to improve device performance.would be key benefit from customer side looking for.
