**What do you like best about SeerUs?**

It is very easy to use and practical for daily activities. The tool is simple and helps us collect customer feedback and helps us understand the customer mindset. Everything is available in one place starting from survey creation to review management. The templates are readymade and it is easy to get started without any dependencies.

**What do you dislike about SeerUs?**

They can improve the customization part and flexibility when compared to other tools in the market. The tool feels like limited in terms of advanced features and integrations. The ecosystem and support functions are relatively limited. Overall, it is a good tool for basic requirements but there is scope for improvement.

**What problems is SeerUs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helped solve the main problem of not having clear visibility into customer satisfaction and performance. Seerus puts everything in one place which helps to structure, analyze and act on feedback. It helped address the performance gaps from different departments. Using the analytics monitoring option, it was easier to find the issues and performance based on actual customer feedback. One problem it solved was decision-making using AI driven insights using analytics. Seerus is affordable in a low cost freemium model, making it easy to adopt without heavy investment.

**What do you like best about SeerUs?**

I like most about SeerUs is its intuitive interface and the variety of features it offers. It makes managing tasks and processes easy, even for experienced users. **What do you like best about SeerUs?**

It eases the method of collecting surveys from customer about your products. It provides a bunch of tools which can be used for analyzing what customers reactions are, and really helps me as a product developer to work on the things which engages customer the most. It might look a bit complex at first, but the implementation of tools are easier to learn and to work on it.

**What do you dislike about SeerUs?**

The problems I have faced from SeerUs is the limitations they set while using survey forms. You can't come up with your own form and have certain number of features only which may/may not be useful for particular forms. Also it is a bit costly for an uni student like me.

**What problems is SeerUs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the most important aspects of Software Engineering is Requirement Analysis and it is fulfilled by using Surveys among the customers. Whenever a company wants to come up with a new product, you must analyze the market and consider the needs of customers. SeerUs is a perfect platform to carry out surveys in a large volume to obtain customer response and frame it according to an engineer.

As it's a data sharing software which allow people to sharing the data so that they can analyse the market. It's a kind of tool for collecting, analysing, moderating and reporting customer.

As we know it's a software or tool but sometimes when we have high volume of data it have some kind of glitches i.e. software will hang and cause of irritation otherwise it's good tool.

Its absolutely smooth and user-friendly which guides you through out without making you feel that you're unfamiliar with it or that it is complex. Moreover it provides various services are like sales, marketing and human resource management, it also asks about the user experience. Which makes it a superb tool for business who are trying to analyse various functions

**What do you dislike about SeerUs?**

There aree some glitches with the services which makes it hang.. when you try to fill multiple surveys which is a bit irritating sometimes otherwise its absolutely perfect.

Its highly time effective gets you exactly what you want and how you want making it one of the best in their buisness. It has improved the business performance substantially and the savings are wonderful in terms of time and energy

It has very simple user interface. Which allows us to understand our requirement and fullfill them easily.
Helps to understand customer expectations.
It also provide very simple tools to complete the process in less time.

We cannot customize our required fields, SeerUs asks us to use their form only.
There are some issues only if we use multiple forms.

**What do you like best about SeerUs?**

What we like most about the page is its good presence from the moment you enter the main page until the end when you are already doing a survey, the way you manage your website and how you use the software does not seem totally excellent. It offers many services such as: marketing sales, human resources and analysis where each of them is very important to improve every day in business, the most used marketing and human resources services are to know the level of happiness or negativity of our users or workers.
 I think the page is extremely complete and complex, but its use is very easy and useful, its tools are simple and simple to create a survey, in turn, the analytics is dedicated and offers a wide range of responses. Acquire better for better results.

**What do you dislike about SeerUs?**

we are disgusted, I could not conduct the surveys using our own forms or to be able to create it from scratch, it is necessary to contact support to offer a form to be able to complete it, that seems a bit frustrating since we can not do it alone, having already knowledge Previous on old survey pages, I think that should improve it.

If recommended, it gives good results of the services it offers, it is impressive the way it works and how it offers you such important answers to improve or continue producing the same amount of sales or products that you have in your company. You can also use other types of pages to improve the quality or simply compare it with other types of panels to find out what kind of services adapt to what you need.
  In our opinion and mine I can say that this page is extremely good and incredibly easy to use.
We also recommend that you have extensive technical support both by mail and online to communicate as quickly as possible so you can guide it.

The form of advertising and sales is updated every day and our company has to be updated to it, we have used different pages to create surveys and distribute them and obtain results and we found this page SeerUs for us it has been an extremely excellent page that meets its objectives and what it offers in addition to having different types of useful tools to improve the company.
