I don’t like about SeerUs is that there can be a bit of a learning curve for new users, especially when checking out some of the more advanced features. It eases the method of collecting surveys from customer about your products. It provides a bunch of tools which can be used for analyzing what customers reactions are, and really helps me as a product developer to work on the things which engages customer the most. The problems I have faced from SeerUs is the limitations they set while using survey forms. You can't come up with your own form and have certain number of features only which may/may not be useful for particular forms. Also it is a bit costly for an uni student like me.
