These interfaces varied in layout and complexity, and vendors as well. All were created with high accuracy and configured to fully meet our needs. I was impressed with Khaled's professionalism, knowledge and dedication. He worked fast, and with great accuracy and always positive disposition. Nothing seemed impossible for him to configure. We use Seequelle for configuration help with Dayforce HCM. If you choose to purchase a pre-paid block of Professional Services hours from Ceridian, their hourly rate will be less than Seequelle's, but I have found that Seequelle is way more responsive and most of the time, more knowledgeable and understanding that Ceridian Professional Services. In the past year and a half, Seequelle has helped us configure all of our COVID related entitlements, new PTO and Sick entitlements, tip calculations, shift trading, and we are currently implementing the GL module. Our engagements typically revolve around areas of the Dayforce HCM application that we do not yet know where their expertise is greatly valued. These engagements have been from new implementation projects for parts of the application we were not using to assistance with creating data exports to integration into other systems. Their technical knowledge has been great in speeding up the time to complete the engagements over the alternatives that were available. Over the course of the last 4 years we have engaged with Seequelle on approximately 150 different project request. Each request has been completed, very quickly, on spec, and delivered the intended result. During each of these engagements we have also used them as learning opportunities to further our own knowledge or the application. As we work with Seequelle we are constantly learning and trying to determine new ways in which to apply the newly acquired knowledge. We continue to push the boundaries of what is possible to make sure we are getting the most out of the solutions we employ. We have only had one or two minor issues with Seequelle since we started engaging with them. The issues were always around communication with regard to explanations of what we were attempting to have completed. The engagement we have with Seequelle is not about resolving Business Problems but about making the most of the applications selected to be employed. This focus keeps us in line so that we are able to speed up the time and diminish the learning curve associated with implementing new parts of the application selected. The Seequelle Team was our implementation team for Dayforce HCM. The Sequelle Team guided us through the initial transfer from our former legacy program to the single cloud base solution. The Seequelle Team kept us on track so we made our initial go live date. What do you like best about Seequelle? We have challenged the Seequelle Team with some short timelines and they have always been able to provide the solution we need by deadline date. During implementation, we were extremely short on internal resources to test our "sandbox" platform. The Seequelle Team Leader was relentless in our testing to their schedule. I do realize her relentless efforts of keeping us on task is what lead to our success of meeting our go live date and although I did not always look forward to her calls, it was what we needed to keep on task and go live on schedule. After our initial go live on Dayforce HCM, we have utilized the services of Seequelle to implement the Recruiting module of Dayforce, we have also had them build several different file feeds for other systems we utilize in our business outside of Dayforce. They are there for the huge undertakings (updating org layers, revised entire chart of accounts, configured complicated interfaces, developed complex reports), as well as the little questions that pop up (can we? should we? how can we quickly...?). The best part about our relationship with Seequelle is the personalized attention we receive, since we have been working so closely over the years, they know our industry, company and goals and limitations. They know all of us and we know all of them. We don't have to "reinvent the wheel" to get a solution. Professionals from the team are willing to share their knowledge, which makes working with them a huge plus for gaining more on the ground knowledge ourselves. Project Management can be a bit gray at times, who is doing what, the tracking of each item and just keeping up with deadlines, which at times change with the scope. They have an okay PM tool, but does seem to have its limits. Would be nice to have a better way to keep track of our projects, perhaps automatically sending out milestone reminders and deadlines. Recommendations to others considering Seequelle: Organize your projects and request estimates of effort, this will help in the long run determine which direction to take should projects take on more scope of work. Don't hesitate to reach out and ask questions, as they will be honest with feedback. What problems is Seequelle solving and how is that benefiting you? The evolving compliance landscape of being in 23 states always have us on our toes, and Seequelle is there to provide support and allows us to rest easy at night, knowing we have a handle on what needs to be done within the system to manage our issues. They have helped us solve the problem of implementing new processes and procedures to bring us into the 21st century, as well as developing more and more interfaces as data is getting pushed in more directions than ever. What do you like best about Seequelle? The Seequelle teams we have worked with have been extremely efficient, helpful, and responsive. Meetings have been organized, prepared, minimized when possible, and always with great follow-up! They have been mindful of our schedules and budgetary restrictions and have kept to the agreed on schedules. Kasey and Stephanie were instrumental in ensuring we understood how the Onboarding module was structured, operated, and gave us lots of freedom to learn through hands on application. This helped us launch a successful implementation! We've very much appreciated working with Lanston. He is very knowledgeable of the Dayforce system and carrier feed setup process. He was prepared, detailed, asked all the right questions, and worked seamlessly with our vendor. Lanston was very responsive and communicated the process and documentation very clearly.
