SecureCrews Reviews & Product Details

SecureCrews is a job management app built for roofing contractors, restoration companies, and skilled trades. It handles your scheduling, crew dispatch, estimates, invoices, documents, and client communication, all protected by serious security that most platforms in this space don't offer. Whether you run jobs solo out of your truck or you're managing multiple crews across town, SecureCrews helps you look professional without paying enterprise prices. CREW MANAGEMENT AND DISPATCH Create crews, assign members, and send them to jobs with a tap. Your crew gets a push notification with the job details and directions before they even leave the shop. You can see who's working where at a glance. GPS VERIFIED CLOCK IN Your crew clocks in and out with GPS verification. There's a 300 foot geofence around each job site that confirms they're actually there. When they arrive, your client gets an automatic text letting them know. Every time entry is logged with timestamps and GPS coordinates so payroll and billing are accurate. ESTIMATES AND INVOICES Build clean estimates with line items, materials, and labor. When a customer approves, convert it to an invoice with one tap. The app tracks payment status, sends automatic reminders when invoices go overdue, and runs aging reports so you always know who owes you money at 30, 60, and 90 days. INSURANCE RESTORATION WORKFLOW Built specifically for insurance restoration work. You can import Xactimate ESX files, track claims by carrier, manage supplements, and build the paper trail that insurance companies expect. Claim numbers, policy details, and adjuster contacts all stay organized per job. JOB PHOTOS AND DOCUMENTS Take before, during, and after photos right from the app. Upload contracts, permits, W-9s, and insurance certificates. Sensitive documents get encrypted with unique keys for each account, so your files are completely separated from everyone else on the platform. CLIENT MANAGEMENT Keep client contact info, property addresses, and job history in one place. Tap to call, tap to email, tap for driving directions. After you finish a job, send a review request. Five star reviews get routed to Google. Anything lower stays private so you can handle it directly. SUBCONTRACTOR MANAGEMENT Your subs get their own portal access. The app tracks their certificate of insurance expiration dates and sends automatic alerts when something is about to lapse. If a sub's COI expires, they get blocked from job assignments until it's renewed. At year end, you can generate 1099 forms. NOTIFICATIONS Push notifications keep you in the loop on new job assignments, crew arrivals, estimate approvals, payments, overdue invoices, and more. You pick which ones you want to receive. SECURITY Most contractor apps treat security as a checkbox. SecureCrews was built with it as the foundation. Every account gets its own encryption keys. Your data is separated from other companies at the database level, not just the application level. Sessions expire and rotate automatically. Two factor authentication is available for every user. A tamper proof audit log records every action for seven years.
