What do you like best about Second Talent?

The talent quality has been consistently strong. Everyone we’ve worked with was already comfortable using AI tools as part of their day-to-day workflow, so we didn’t have to spend time teaching new processes or explaining how we operate. They were proactive and collaborative, and they were able to start contributing almost immediately. Another standout has been the account management: the team is responsive, clear in their communication, and quick to adjust whenever our priorities shift. I really like Second Talent because it connects skillful talent to global opportunities. Yosafat Tobing, an agent at Second Talent, is incredibly professional, helpful, and always communicative. This made my process of landing a full-time remote offer very smooth and trustworthy. The communication style and responsiveness are something I truly appreciate, and I would recommend their service to others looking for quality talent matching.
