
Second Nature was very helpful in supporting our onboarding and rollout efforts. They had sample verbiage, documents, help guides, etc. Everything was shared with us and it was easy for us to tailor the provided sample language for all our needs. They provided a marketing document which we use with all our marketing of the program. We had regular meetings with their implementation team and then were seamlessly transitioned to an account representative when implementation was completed.
