Seamless Onboarding Support and a Highly Responsive Team **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Corey P. | Vice President, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** February 25, 2026 **What do you like best about Second Nature?** Second Nature was very helpful in supporting our onboarding and rollout efforts. They had sample verbiage, documents, help guides, etc. Everything was shared with us and it was easy for us to tailor the provided sample language for all our needs. They provided a marketing document which we use with all our marketing of the program. We had regular meetings with their implementation team and then were seamlessly transitioned to an account representative when implementation was completed. Our representative is very responsive to our needs, and their help team is very responsive to our tenants. **What do you dislike about Second Nature?** Honestly, I can't think of anything negative to say. If we or they make a mistake, they help us correct it right away. There haven't been many of those. **Recommendations to others considering Second Nature:** It was really easy for my team to get on board, and we found that we had almost no pushback at all. No one that was moving in had any concerns, they were just excited about it. And when we started renewing leases, it was the same. We had out of our five hundred doors, we had maybe two tenants that really pushed hard on we don't want to do this, but that was it. The reality was it was way easier, and our fears were not really realized at all. The process was simple and effective. Our tenants really like the utility concierge service at move in. They also like the positive credit reporting. I highly recommend Second Nature. **What problems is Second Nature solving and how is that benefiting you?** Second Nature is helping us stand out in our marketplace. Not many property management companies are offering Resident Benefits Packages and by doing so we set ourselves apart. Additionally, research is showing that tenants are interested in the additional services provided. ### 2. They are incredible partners, communicators, collaborators, and you can tell the genuine care and deep passion for the work they do - that comes through interactions with any employee in their org.
