SeaTicket Reviews & Product Details

SeaTicket is an AI-powered issue management platform that helps software and product teams consolidate, organize, and resolve support issues from multiple external channels into a single unified workspace. Designed for teams that receive issue reports across fragmented sources, SeaTicket centralizes these inputs and applies AI agents to help teams process, analyze, and act on them efficiently. The platform is structured around Projects, which serve as dedicated workspaces for individual products or teams. Each project connects to external issue sources, automatically syncing incoming issues and discussions. Teams can then manage all activity through a shared Ticket system, track conversations, assign ownership, and follow issues through a defined lifecycle from open to resolution. Key capabilities include: - Through connections, SeaTicket integrates with GitHub Issues, Discourse forums, support email, Seafile libraries, Notion, and websites to automatically collect and sync issues into one workspace. - Built-in AI agents continuously analyze incoming issues and tickets, detect items needing attention, and generate actionable suggestions such as draft replies and ticket assignments. Concise summaries are also automatically generated for tickets and issues. All suggestions require human approval before execution. - Resolved tickets can be converted into structured knowledge base records that are searchable and available for future reference across the team. Teams can chat directly with the AI, which draws on these records and past tickets to answer questions and recommend next steps for new issues. - The Analyze feature aggregates issues across all connected sources, groups related items by topic and visualizes emerging trends through an interactive map. - A built-in support portal allows external users to submit and track tickets, browse published knowledge base records, and interact with an AI-powered chat assistant. SeaTicket is suited for SaaS teams, developer tool companies, and open-source projects seeking to unify issue handling and reduce manual effort through AI-assisted processes.
