The filters and search work well, and the team was very accommodating when it came to creating customizations for our needs.

Strong customization on search options that exceed Shopify (and relevant theme's) search restrictions. Unique variant-level searches are helpful with complex products, regionality for markets, and strong support. Lots of customization options to match the look and feel of the store. Backend is fairly intuitive and base install is quick and fairly seamless. So far, haven't noticed any negative impacts on store speed. Cannot speak to pricing as we purchased lifetime licenses through Appsumo many years ago.

Searchanise has dramatically improved the search experience on my Wix store, which contains thousands of collectible items. We encountered a complex issue that had affected my site for years, and they stayed engaged until they found a real solution rather than offering a temporary workaround.
