Searchable Reviews & Product Details

We reviewed a number of tools and Searchable came out on top as the best all-rounder. What stood out was the flexibility of the contracts, but also the level of features and services for the cost. It does everything we need and more and the level of care and service from everyone at Searchable has been amazing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There have been some bugs here and there, which we've reported and been resolved. Also as an agency when we have multiple clients set up, we can't have a single owner account, which makes the admin more messy/time consuming than it needs to be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love that Searchable helps with both the technical and content side of AI visibility. As a tech person I'm great with implementing the tech bits, but knowing where my content gaps are is invaluable.

The app itself is easy to use and to navigate. I find the AEO insights to be very useful in comparing my site's performance compared to my competitors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes I have to ask the AI agent to double check the content on the page we're discussing as it can raise issues that aren't relevant.

I would also love to be able to manually stop some pages from being scanned and to mark some issues raised by the site health tab as not relevant to certain pages too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The visibility tracking across AI platforms is the standout for me. Being able to actually see how our brand appears in ChatGPT and Perplexity answers, instead of guessing, changed how we plan content. It's simple to use, the reports are easy to share with leadership, and the Searchable team's guidance through the Accelerator made the whole thing click quickly. Not much to complain about honestly, but the space is evolving so fast that I'd love to see even more AI platforms covered as they emerge. Occasionally the data takes a little time to refresh, so it's not always real-time, but for tracking trends over weeks it's more than enough. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I’ve found Searchable to be an exceptional way to frame and organize the thought process behind what AI LLMs are doing, especially compared with traditional SEO and the whole “bro dude” marketing approach. It feels like Searchable helps level the playing field for companies that have had to rely on SEO agencies to handle this work for them. Unfortunately, in my experience, many of those agencies have done such a poor job that a lot of businesses have poured too much money into things that never should have been done in the first place.

Searchable gives business owners a real, clear view of what it means to be recommended, trusted, and cited by AI LLMs. Overall, I think it’s one of the best moves they could have made to empower small business owners—and even larger business owners too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It’s still in its infancy, but I think they have an exceptional approach to reshaping the industry around recommendations, trust, citation, and ultimately being the answer. If I had to point to something I don’t like, it would be that they aren’t able to keep up as quickly as they want to. That said, I don’t really have any dislikes of searchable at all. It feels like every month they release something new, it’s also something better, and they’re building a sustainable program for businesses. I’m sure there are drawbacks, but I just haven’t run into many yet, so there isn’t much I can say I dislike. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If you’re looking for AI Search monitoring software, or you need to learn how to launch and manage the channel, Searchable is a strong option. It’s been a good price point for both our business and our clients, and they provide ongoing education so you can keep learning how to use the tool and continue your analysis as the industry evolves. Their team is also very responsive and helpful.

That said, the platform is definitely more metrics-centric than content-centric. If your team has established content-creation workflows, you may find that Searchable works best as the monitoring layer, while you rely on other tools for building and managing your content workflows (at this exact moment). There are so many filters, metrics, and toggles that it can be challenging to learn and keep up with all the little details, especially as they roll out updates. Also, when a chart is showing a stat from a specific day versus an average over a time period, that difference isn’t always clearly labeled. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Searchable makes it easy to surface a lot of data and analytics that show how you compare to competitors. I also really enjoy the site audits, especially because they’re paired with actionable recommendations to improve your site’s overall health. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

With site audits being one of the primary cost-levers, I wish it were easier to refine which pages should be audited. Something as simple as filters showing the most problematic pages -- or pages by issue type -- would make the experience much better.

The writing assistant is a novel concept, but I have found its interface to be a bit cumbersome.

The agent is helpful, but it sometimes feels disconnected from other features. For example, I'd love to ask the agent to "perform a site audit of all pages that previously had meta description issues", but it is not able to do so. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Searchable applies the soundest logic behind prompt tracking I've come across, and it's clear the team has put genuine thought into their solutions. This is a real point of difference from some competitors. The team themselves are brilliant too: responsive, helpful, and consistently a pleasure to deal with. I've worked closely in the past 6 months, so I've seen first-hand how seriously they take feedback and platform quality.

The platform strikes a great balance between AI-assisted features and manual setup, which for me reliably produces the best results. Pricing is genuinely fair compared to competitors, and you get access to every feature regardless of which package you're on.

They've recently launched MCP and Looker Studio integrations, which is wonderful news for us as an agency. The workflow and UX have also had an overhaul recently that made the platform significantly better and slicker to use. On top of that, their April update has made everything load far faster, so performance is now also excellent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As with any new tool, there's some scope for improvement and a couple of minor bugs to iron out — but knowing the team, I'd expect those sorted within a few weeks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use Searchable to track the search performance of multiple websites that I run. I like the articles section and find it incredibly useful. It doesn't just provide insights on how to improve organic search performance, but also gives the most effective means to do so. It helps me with strategies like not pushing for branded content but for branded content comparisons. It also shows which competitors are appearing where and provides unique resources to create a competitive strategy. I find Searchable much easier to use and less overwhelming compared to Ubersuggest. The initial setup of Searchable was super easy, which was great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think it's a massive interface with a lot to focus on. I think SEO/AEO is a vast topic and it can't help you with everything in one go. I have also found that the AI tool can be a little basic or generic and generally tend to outsource my AI responses, but it's a good jumping off point. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It’s very easy to work with and to use the audit and mention features. The Agent is also a great way to get things done. You can get results instantly and start working on them right away. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It feels overly technical, so the learning curve is quite steep. To use it effectively, you really need to understand the terminology and the underlying technical aspects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like best about Searchable is its ability to bring clarity and practical structure to a rapidly evolving space.

It helped me better connect traditional SEO with AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), AI Overviews, entity optimization, and LLM visibility. Rather than focusing on hype, Searchable provides real-world frameworks that can be applied immediately.

What I found particularly valuable is that it validated many strategic directions I was already exploring, while also giving me new perspectives and stronger ways to explain these concepts to clients and teams.

The people behind it are knowledgeable, transparent, and genuinely focused on helping others understand and apply what matters. It feels less like a course and more like a professional ecosystem built around the future of search.

For me, Searchable is the kind of platform I would want to build my AEO and GEO services around. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I dislike least, rather than dislike most, is simply the time required to fully benefit from everything Searchable offers.

The platform and community provide a significant amount of valuable information, which is a strength, but it also means you need to dedicate real time to absorbing, testing, and implementing it properly. If you are managing clients, operations, and day-to-day execution, it can be challenging to give it the attention it deserves.

I also think some of the more advanced strategic opportunities could benefit from even more guided implementation examples for teams that want to move faster from learning to execution.

That said, this is not really a criticism of the platform itself, but more a reflection that the value is there, and to maximize ROI, you need the time and internal commitment to use it well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
