The personal are great, starting from Matan as the sales which we talked over a year with and kept Scytale in my mind, to Oliver as our dedicated audit advisor. The integrations are very easy to set up and did help set up a lot of controls. **What do you dislike about Scytale?** Although the integrations and Scytale app doing some of the heavy lifting to us, the app still was kind of hard to understand at the beginning, even with the go through with the advisor, but in the end it was understandable. The hardest part for a new startup to start audits with Scytale is that they need to create a lot of the processes (specifically in ISO for us) like onboarding and incident procedures, and they weren't very clear on how to do it.
