# How has Scytale helped you manage SOC 2 progress, and what audit features feel too complex?

We worked with Kyle throughout our audit, and he was outstanding. He kept us organized and on schedule, answered every question quickly and clearly, and was consistently responsive - we never waited long for a reply. His guidance made the audit process feel manageable, and he was a pleasure to work with.

Scytale itself has been simple and intuitive. The UI is clean and well organized, the controls come with clear explanations, and it's made managing our SOC 2 process and tracking progress much easier. A few of the audit features still feel like they could be streamlined, but overall the platform makes the process easier.
