You can review the default policies and make the adjustments needed for your organization. The product also comes with a set of tasks that you need to execute to become certified. Their approach with a customer success manager is really helpful. The weekly meeting with the CSM makes it way easier for you to do the implementation. What is also nice is that they have built-in integrations with major platforms (like google, bitbucket, salesforce) for monitoring these platforms for security issues. This makes your life a lot easier. **What do you dislike about Scytale?** The product has a feature for risk management. You can manage the security risks inside the platform. For each risk you need to put in place the mitigations. Unfortunately once you have added the mitigations, you do not have the ability to edit them. I have submitted a feature request and they promised to solve it by the end of Q2 2024. **What problems is Scytale solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps you to put in place an ISMS ### 2. After an ongoing process with several consultants that led to nothing, we met Scytale, and it sounded too good to be true. The price was lower, the timeline was faster, and the platform was easy to use. Luckily for us, it all came true. The platform provides all you need to know and do to be compliant and pass the audit. It is easy to use and keeps track of everything you need. The implementation was really straightforward and we were up and running within a matter of minutes. Thier customer support is really friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. I use the platform on daily basis to keep track of things and it's really helped me feel a lot more comfortable for our upcoming audit. Another great feature is how easy it is to integrate Scytale with our other SaaS applications for automatic evidence collection. **What do you dislike about Scytale?** I haven't found any major dislikes so far. The Sytale Platform is amazing; it's a trule integrated complaince platform that is organized intuitively and pragmatically to guide our compliance experience. For example within the Scytale platform all evidence is mapped to the applicable clauses across the multiple industry standards, this way eliminating redundant and repetitive tasks. Another great feature is their built-in workflow engine that allow us to have all company team members to work together, or asynchronously. Moreover, their consultants are very knowledgeable, helpful and responsive. Alongside all of the other things that I have to do and accomplish as a co-founder, natively I am also the security officer for my startup. As my startup is all around organizational data and internal systems, I knew from day 1 that we will have to achieve SOC2 Type2 as soon as possible. Given my past experience with SOC2 and other cyber certifications, it was a no-brainer to find a solution that automates most of the process and reduces the effort I'll have to make to align with all of the requirements.
