**What do you like best about ScreenshotAPI.net?**

It was simple to setup and it generates screenshots, which is what it says on the tin

**What do you dislike about ScreenshotAPI.net?**

TERRIBLE SUPPORT. Their API does not work. We are passing cookie parameters and these are NOT being passed to the target website. I emailed their support and a non-technical person told me it was top priority but then they did NOTHING. They have not replied in many days. ScreenshotAPI.net is not trustworthy and your business cannot rely on them!!!

**What problems is ScreenshotAPI.net solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are trying to take screenshots of some complex scenarios, but ScreenshotAPI.net cannot support this so we are moving to a competitor
