As we scale, it becomes a bit tricky to scale the hiring processes and skills. It also becomes difficult to have objective discussions around the outcome of the interview. Sometime, objective decisions are important but we do need to override those decisions based on our gut feeling, based on things that are just hard to put in the context of quantitative analysis.
