**What do you like best about Screenloop?**

I use Screenloop for hiring daily, and I find it really easy to navigate, which helps me in training hiring managers. It makes onboarding new joiners quick and straightforward. The AI assistance is really useful, aiding in decision-making, and I love how the system's flexibility supports a variety of roles. I really like the AI assistant and often ask it questions after interviews; it helps me gather my thoughts. The AI feature and recording are especially helpful. Screenloop also looks much more modern compared to what I used before. Setting it up was very easy, extremely straightforward, and intuitive.

**What do you dislike about Screenloop?**

The one thing which is unavoidable is when we move to in-person meetings. Obviously, this is only designed for online meetings. So perhaps a feature that helps record in the moment.

**What problems is Screenloop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Screenloop for hiring, it's easy for training hiring managers, quick for onboarding, and flexible with roles. The AI assistance helps decision-making, making the platform useful for various tasks.

**What do you like best about Screenloop?**

The design is nice and clean and the platform’s layout is intuitive—no fumbling around to find what I need. Getting things kicked off was also simpler than other tools I've worked with before.

We also love the mix of tools that sit within it - saved us having 5 different providers.

Integrated well with our other tools. We use it most days.

**What do you dislike about Screenloop?**

The CS team is very responsive, so not a big deal, but a few more tutorial vids or something like that could be helpful. I've already flagged this to them and they're on top of it.

**What problems is Screenloop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Screenloop does the interviews, background and reference checks, candidate nps surveys, quality of hire, etc. in the platform allowing us to keep all relevant data under one roof.

Screenloop’s automated scheduling tool has been a huge hit with both our team and candidates. It simplifies scheduling, sends reminders, and even integrates with our calendars. The platform’s candidate portal also makes the application process smoother.

**What do you dislike about Screenloop?**

To be able to integrate more slack updates, however the fact they have a slack integration is better than most systems I would like to control what notifications come to me in slack more.

**What do you like best about Screenloop?**

We love the automation and UX, it's the best ATS I've used for user friendliness. The AI notetaker is saving our hiring managers and TA team hours each week and no other ats has this. I think it was Screenloops first product and you can tell they've done a great job with it.

**What do you dislike about Screenloop?**

Not really a downside but you get a lot of extra unneeded buttons and options on some of the older ATS. To be honest they're just a waste of time so Screenloop's simplicity is a positive.

My TA team used to chase me for scorecards to be filled out but not I just click auto-fill with AI and add a few of my own words in and hit submit which saves me a ton of time.

The fact I no longer have to take notes during or after is amazing.

The notetaker picks up things I may have missed myself and the AI summaries can be changed to focus on different aspects.

I can share the notes and snippets with my team and collaboration is a lot easier

I was told the auto scorecard filler is only available through their ATS. But we'll look at changing ATS so it's not the worst!

There was always a backlog of admin after interview heavy days. Notes were sub par, or they were filled in days or weeks after the interview.
This meant we weren't getting an acurate reflection of candidates.

Now we get notes, analytics and interview summaries immediately after and we can focus on the candidate during interviews, and we don't need to wait for other team members to fill notes.

**What do you like best about Screenloop?**

Screenloop gives you all the tools you need to focus on evidence to make objective decisions. It has significantly improved our confidence in making unbiased decisions. We have been part of Screenloop's journey since the early days and they continue to impress me with new features and additions to the product and service. Screenloop is so easy to use, this means we can have new team members interview with minimal training. The interview transcript is so comprehensive that it makes classifying and evaluating evidence a breeze. Recently, Screenloop has implemented a feature that recognises when you ask a question, and even gives an objective summary using AI. This makes reviewing interviews and decision making even more efficient. Finally, the support and service we recieve from Josh and Saoirse is impeccable. Any issues have been acknowledged immediately and the team's communication, updates and speed to resolve is so impressive. They genuinely care about your experience and go above and beyond to resolve things.

**What do you dislike about Screenloop?**

As we've been a customer for a while, everything we have disliked about Screenloop has been resolved. This is due to the team's openness to receive constructive feedback and genuine desire improve. The constant development of the product means it is getting more user friendly and more efficient over time. The team actively listen, genuinely care and do everything they can to resolve things in a timely manner. When there are rare bugs or hiccups, the team are always on hand to provide support.

Reducing the affects of bias, increasing confidence in decision making, improving efficiency with interviewing and candidate experience. Reviewing and scoring interviews takes significantly less time using Screenloop thanks to the numerous features and ease of use.

**What do you like best about Screenloop?**

I've been using Screenloop for a few months now. It's been a great experience, and I would highly recommend Screenloop to anyone looking for a great hiring tool.

The analytics and reporting features are particularly helpful. I can easily see how each candidate is performing throughout the interview process, and I can use this information to make better informed (and faster) decisions about who to hire. 

I feel like Screenloop is the missing piece of the hiring process. I've always thought that Hiring was one of these spaces where it was hard to truly make data-driven decisions and using Screenloop is the first time I've felt truly confident in our ability to do so and I believe Screenloop has been and will continue to be instrumental in building our dream team.

Nothing stands out. Overall we're always looking out for Screenloop to expand onto other pieces of the hiring tech/feature stack so we can centralise our hiring tech needs around Screenloop - that said, they've expanded their feature set continuously and it seems that we'll get our wish!

The Interview Intelligence product from Screenloop has completely changed our business. 
- We sped up the hiring process with the AI transcription and summaries
- We monitored and improved consistency and impartiality during the hiring process
- We improved collaboration between the stakeholders taking part in the hiring process to get to a hiring decision
- We now have visibility into our candidates' experience with the candidate pulse

**What do you dislike about Screenloop?**

It's hard to pinpoint a specific issue with using Screenloop. It pays for itself in the time savings alone (not even counting the improved candidate experience it generates).

We did initially ask the team to add more integrations, and they built them very quickly. We're now able to seamlessly connect Screenloop to other parts of our hiring stack, which helps to reduce manual work.

The team is extremely helpful and such a pleasure to work with!

Screenloop has given us actionable insights into the quality of our hiring process and talent. Previously, we were kept mostly in the dark about our candidates' experiences and I personally spent a lot of time improving parts of the process that simply weren't the issue... With Screenloop we can now hire with pin point accuracy to bring onboard better talent - it's been an absolute game changer!  

The Screenloop team is incredibly responsive and open to hearing our feedback on the product. They go above and beyond to ensure we get the most out of the product.

As a hiring manager, my top priority is ensuring the quality of every hire, and Screenloop has significantly enhanced our ability to identify and select the best talent. Previously, I had to personally sit in on every interview to guarantee that only qualified candidates were being considered. However, with the AI-generated summaries and key video snippets provided by Screenloop, I can now efficiently review interviews and easily pull in other key senior decision-makers. **What do you like best about Screenloop?**

The hiring journey can often be drawn out, largely due to high-level executives or founders needing to give the final nod. However, fitting these additional interviews into their busy schedules becomes a challenge and adversely impacts the candidate experience, as candidates often have to accommodate these interviews within their own full-time commitments. This recurrent issue necessitated a solution, and Screenloop emerged as the answer to our problems.

With Screenloop we only need to review essential portions of interviews at our leisure, obviating the need for multiple rounds of interviews and preventing candidate fatigue from redundant questioning. We can now swiftly review what matters to us most and provide punctual, concise feedback, regardless of our tightly packed schedules. This efficiency has not only enhanced the hiring process but has also added value to other teams’ time management.

While no existing tech in the talent space completely fulfills every need, I’ve had the opportunity to examine Screenloop's product roadmap, and I'm impressed with what is to come…

**What do you like best about Screenloop?**

Screenloop is truly revolutionizing the candidate experience survey world. We've been using it for a few months now, giving us the most insight we have ever had into our candidate's experiences in our hiring process. Temperature checks at multiple stages allow us to see where the cracks form and how to nip them in the bud before they worsen. Further, the dashboards allow us to visualize the data at a new level. This is genuinely a game-changer for my team.

Nothing much at the moment, to be honest. It's a very young product, so things are constantly changing (for the better). If we are lacking something for our analysis, Screenloop's phenomenal customer success team is there to field our concerns directly to the dev team. Fantastic experience so far!

Screenloop is solving the fact that, with other tools, we could only get a basic look into the experiences our candidates have throughout our interview process. **What do you like best about Screenloop?**

Screenloop enables Talent Management and Hiring Management teams to dive deep into interviews and really assess a candidate's suitability for the open role. It provides in-depth analysis and 360 degree accountability during the interview process. The automated referencing feature is an absolute godsend - I shudder to think of the time I have spent on references over the years, and this is an issue instantly addressed. Screenloop integrates with your ATS very easily and has an excellent Customer Success team that will assist you every step of the way.

**What do you dislike about Screenloop?**

Like any startup there were one or technical hiccups at the beginning, but I qualify this by saying the CS team clearly went above and beyond to get things up and running smoothly.

As a Talent Acquisition Manager, some of your biggest challenges are as follows: 

- How well does your scorecard translate to accurately capture the candidate's interview performance?

I really love that Screenloop is able to transcribe our interviews - it saves a lot of time taking notes and ensures nothing is missed during the interview. I also really like the auto reference check feature, as I am currently only a one-person team and checking references can be time-consuming. It also asks the references if they are interested in working at your company, so you have potential referrals along with the reference checks.

The platform is very easy to use and it integrates very well with our ATS. By recording the interviews we not only managed to make the recruitment process fairer and more consistent but it also helped our hiring managers to be more self-aware of how they interview by being more objective when interviewing and selecting candidates. There has been a lot of thought that has gone into the design of the products and services that Screenloop offer. I find all of the features intuitive and easy to navigate. The team behind the tools have themselves, clearly run into a number of these real-world problems and have built features that truly solve a number of these. 

The transcription and bookmarking features in interviews work well and save a lot of time. The analytics and data also help uncover opportunities for improvement in any recruitment process and allow for fewer biases in the selection of hires. The auto reference check feature not only is a great time-saver but has led to several other strong candidates showing interest in roles.

**What do you dislike about Screenloop?**

Nothing thus far although at times it took seasoned interviewers a bit of getting used to as most new things do.

How to better automate our processes while still being able to focus on the candidate and providing a fair and equitable process.

It's a great time saver when you interview a lot of candidates. Allows you to really focus on the candidate rather than taking notes, etc. - and the insights are helpful too. It also really helps with the coordination/handover between different interviewers as it's all there. And the best thing is that they are pushing out new updates every week so it keeps getting better and better.

You still need an ATS - secretly hoping that, at some point, they'll just build the ATS functionality themselves. :-)

As we scale, it becomes a bit tricky to scale the hiring processes and skills. It also becomes difficult to have objective discussions around the outcome of the interview. Screenloop makes it a bit easier to have an objective discussion and gives the right data around the hiring decisions.

**What do you dislike about Screenloop?**

Sometime, objective decisions are important but we do need to override those decisions based on our gut feeling, based on things that are just hard to put in the context of quantitative analysis. At our end, we try and tell our hiring team that we need to take data-informed decisions, so it is okay to override.

The biggest problem we are solving with the Screenloop is scaling our hiring team. In the absence of a structured tool and process for hiring, it would be difficult to manage the hiring process.
