Scout by Scout Data Reviews & Product Details

Scout is the canvassing and field-ops app from Scout Data, built for solar, roofing and HVAC door-to-door teams. For the rep: open the map and see every home in the territory with its property dossier: the owner's name, how long they have lived there, roof age and condition, permit history, storm exposure and an estimated energy bill. Reveal the owner's mobile number when the door is worth a call back. Log every door with a disposition in one tap. For the manager: draw and assign territories, see where every rep is, track doors knocked and results by rep, and run leaderboards. Storm maps show which streets were hit, so the team knocks where roofs were damaged. Roof signals come from aerial imagery of each home, so reps can tell an old or damaged roof before they walk up. Browsing the map is free. Teams start with a free trial of the app.
