**What do you like best about Scout AI?**

Easy to sign-up to start using the tool. features like templated email to add in a click of a button. Integrates with chrome easily and their support is great. I have been using this tool recently and now I use it so frequent that I dont go to seamless.ai anymore. the data accuracy is great and I recommed you to try Scout.ai

Pricing seems to be competitive, I would appreciate it if you can give a good deal here

I use Scout to gain insights on targets I come  across on LinkedIn and gather their contact info to reach out to them later.

**What do you like best about Scout AI?**

Scout AI is now useful for me in targeting for sales. Since I can now identify a range of suitable prospect in a shorter amount of time, I appreciate Scout’s feature to display customer profiles and related contact details.

**What do you dislike about Scout AI?**

I have gotten to know a prospect, but alas, there are no vast opportunities in terms of Scout to work with them. Unfortunately, I cannot separately craft nurture emails, or see that a recipient engaged with a previous email in the system.

**What problems is Scout AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Scout AI, I save a lot of time on prospecting that is usually spent on manually seeking out qualified leads and engaging with them.  The AI function is beneficial in the copy for messages that will be sent to individual targets.

**What do you like best about Scout AI?**

This is one of the simpler and cleaner software tools out there, and it comes with a lot of useful features. It helps us easily collect leads from LinkedIn and automatically send messages to them. The whole process is pretty straightforward, so even if you're not super tech-savvy, you can still figure it out quickly. It's great for saving time because it handles the hard work of reaching out to people for you. Overall, it's a handy tool for anyone looking to grow their network or business.

**What do you dislike about Scout AI?**

It is a little more pricy than their competitors.

Linkedin outreach. Email outreach does not work as effectivley anymore so linkedin sales is very important

**What do you like best about Scout AI?**

We tried out many different data vendors for our prospect research, but ultimately, we chose Scout AI. Their executive team really stood out because of their support. Whenever we had a request, they quickly took action on it. In contrast, it was a struggle to even get sample data from the bigger vendors to check if it would suit our needs. Plus, Scout AI has been great about adding more data points to their system whenever we've asked for them.

**What do you dislike about Scout AI?**

We haven't really tapped into the AI features yet, mainly because our current needs don't call for it. It's not that we don't like the AI, it's just that we haven't had a reason to use the personalized email function so far. However, I'm really excited about their upcoming campaign tools – they're going to make a huge difference. I've started calling Scout AI the "Sequencing Tool Killer," and I think we can all agree that it's time those tools were retired for the sake of our inboxes.

**What problems is Scout AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used LinkedIn Sales Navigator to build lists and its tough to find contact info for prospects. Specifically good mobile numbers and emails that are not just guessed by AI. More and more folks are hiding their contact info on their websites due to the amount of spammy outreach caused by AI and automated sequencing tools. Scout has a human first approach to prospecting that aligns with our sales ethos.

**What do you like best about Scout AI?**

I think Scout is going to be the best outbound sales tool in the market shortly. My favorite aspects has to be the ease of use to find contact information & the AI's ability to write customized emails with a high response rate.

**What do you dislike about Scout AI?**

It is still being developed so it doesn't have the robustness as some of the legacy players in the space (Outreach, Apollo, etc). I know that Scout will quickly build on its current state, but if you need something more developed out of the box, it may not be the right fit for you now (I am confident it will later).

**What problems is Scout AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have used countless outbound sales/sales automation tools over the last 10 years (I have also worked at two myself), and it is pretty clear to me that they are thinking about outbound sales in the correct way. Most of the other tools in the space are point solutions, or if they are all-in-one solutions, they do not work as well as advertised. 

In my opinion, when evaluating a tool like Scout you should look at 5 things:

1) Ease of use. 
2) Ease of implementation.
3) Accuracy of data it provides.
4) Time savings.
6) Customer support.

Scout scored very high on all of these things when I was evaluating solutions for my growing sales team. The AI makes writing customized emails quick and they have a very high reply rate for one-off emails (which given the new Google spam detection is important). I was able to implement the solution within 30 minutes, so the team and I were able to start warming up our domain (the right way) quickly and efficiently. Overall, I found the deployment and success of the tool to be great - One individual was able to book a total of 50 meetings in 7 months (roughly 7.5 meetings a month) while they were doing other aspects of their closing role. 

The other solutions I have used typically do 2 or 3 of the 5 named above well. Which makes the outbound process time-consuming and bothersome (especially if you have a large team that has other responsibilities on top of just generating outbound meetings).

**What do you like best about Scout AI?**

If your just starting out using prospecting tools with AI or are a seasoned vet, I can't recommend Scout AI enough due to the design, ease of use, ease of implementations, capabilities, and vision that the team has. Without speaking to anyone on the Scout AI team I was able to download a trial and through their self help navigator, get up and running with prospecting in a matter of minutes. Also, the Scout AI team was open to hearing what issues I was experiencing so they could improve the platoform, going way above and beyond in terms of support. With other prospecting tools I had to spend hours on configuring everything learning what each capability does before even sending an email or starting a prospecting campaign. When I ran into issues or questions, it was near impossible to talk with someone about what I was running into or dealing with. I'm now leveraging Scout in my day to day sales workflow. It has helped free up a lot of my time especially when it comes to generating personalized messages for contacts based on LinkedIn activity. I'm excited to see where the Scout AI team takes this product next!

**What do you dislike about Scout AI?**

There really isn't anything I don't like about Scout AI today. The team has a laser focus on building the right platform so instead of chasing capabilities just to check a box or to win a customer, they are thinking critically about how new features will augment existing users workflows and how to further advance those capabilities than what you see from other vendors today.

**What problems is Scout AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not only is Scout AI helping with providing accurate contact details but the biggest benefit is its ability to help you think outside the box or of creative ways to engage your prospect target by leveraging your prospects LinkedIn activity to develop a personalized email to them. This has elped accelarate the speed at which I can prospect and has lead to an increase in your typical metrics that you would track while prospecting (opens, click-through rates, replies, meetings set, etc.)

**What do you like best about Scout AI?**

Scout has allowed myself and my team to efficiently prospect across several major advertising categories - and the results are meaningful. The ease of use of the platform allows us to nearly 10x our outbound efforts and the accurcy of the emails + contacts has led to several meetings and eventual closed / won business.

**What do you dislike about Scout AI?**

So far from using the platform (nearly 6+ months) I haven't found any major bugs or inaccuracies. The product continues to evolve and I'm sure it will only continue to get better.

**What problems is Scout AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The accuracy of the emails they pull is incredible. The simple Chrome extension allows for ease of use and I've found the accuracy + hit rate better than other similar services.

**What do you like best about Scout AI?**

Scout AI has an incredibly intuitive UI and workflows that allow me to prospect much more efficiently. I can customize my templates to best fit my style and insert AI-powered automation where needed. I'm able to import leads with very high data quality, and I've never had an email bounce while using Scout AI. My response rates are through the roof now and I can't see myself going back to using Apollo or ZoomInfo.

**What do you dislike about Scout AI?**

Scout AI is continuing to build out new parts of their platform, and I'm excited for customized campaigns and other features to come out in the near future.

**What problems is Scout AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scout AI helps me outbound efficiently at higher volumes, with high data quality + high response rates. My outbound has become much more painless and I'm seeing tangible ROI from my spend on Scout.

How fast yo can get emails out to your list of leads has been a game changer. Also the customer service has been unllike any other, they get back to me very quickly and always have a fix.

**What do you dislike about Scout AI?**

No downsides right now, everything has been great.

The time it takes to send out emails to large quantities of people. They let you do this in a matter of minutes which has been huge for our team. It still feels like its personlized to the client while getting them out fast.
