I used ChatGPT as a thinking partner beforehand, and together the two AIs helped me create a coherent first draft of the landing pages, questions, categories, and scoring system. **What do you dislike about ScoreApp?** It takes some time to get comfortable with all the nuances and design elements, and then, of course, to really perfect things. That said, you can still get workable versions up and running quickly. **What problems is ScoreApp solving and how is that benefiting you?** I’m looking to engage with other businesses in a way that’s genuinely useful to them, and us. Scoreapp funnels feel like an honest, valuable way to communicate, built around curiosity and reciprocity. Scoreapp has short cut the process of getting to a sharpened approach, gain a workable concept to use with our target market. ### 2. The concept is very clever, and the support is excellent. I was part of the first cohort to undertake the ScoreAapp Accelerator - which I thoroughly recommend if they run it again. I subscribed several years ago, took ages to create a scorecard and then lost faith in it because it wasn't converting. The Accelerator programme was made for me or new users who want to "do the right thing" and get more leads. That 6 week course galvanised me into overhauling my original scorecard and building another one from scratch. The advice was excellent and their AI has been so incredibly well trained on the marketing expertise they have given it that it helped me to create the new one really quickly and improve the old one just as rapidly with the context I gave it. If you use Scorecards, you have to remember that "if you build one, the leads won't come automatically" - you have to promote it properly, know your customer and create the right landing page. This course helped with that. I now have a scorecard converting at 25%. The other one has further to go, but I've not promoted that so much. **What do you dislike about ScoreApp?** Something that looks simple and quite slick to a prospect (and it really does), can be quite tricky to set up. The support so far is good. And the diagnostic AI that I have been fortunate enough to review in Beta is REALLY good - so future users shouldn't have as much difficulty getting things set up as I originally did. My perception is that Scorecards work better the more 'personal' the problem is that your ideal customer profile is looking to resolve. So if you only sell to corporate entities you need to manage your expectations. I have 2 scorecards and the one that gets leads the easiest/quickest is the more personal one of the two. Not sure exactly why that it is but it's just harder to sell to corporates. **What problems is ScoreApp solving and how is that benefiting you?** Scoreapp can help with top of funnel marketing and raising awareness. That's how I use it. ### 3. I explored other companies, looking at free and paid versions, and, again, I was very disappointed. ScoreApp offered the most versatility. I was able to create a form using logic to create more precise outcomes, which was not possible via other platforms. I was nervous to pay for a service, and I have no regrets paying for ScoreApp. The performance value is just so much better than the other platforms I tried. The AI support, once I let go of control and saw what it could do for me, was incredible. It alleviates so much of the work. More importantly, ScoreApp's customer service has seriously blown my mind. I have gotten quick replies with Loom videos to help me with my questions. Someone got on a Zoom link to help me troubleshoot. And ScoreApp offered a free Accelerator program that I was lucky enough to join, which gave me SO MUCH more value than I had expected. I thought I was just paying for a software. What I ended up paying for was a marketing degree! Through ScoreApp, I have learned how to use a great piece of software AND how to make it work for me. Because software is a tool - and it's only as good as the skill of the person using it. ScoreApp knows that, and they take the time to ensure that you will be successful. **What do you dislike about ScoreApp?** There is definitely a learning curve. If you are lucky enough to join an Accelerator program (or pay for one), it's worth it. If not, I would recommend using the Learning Hub extensively, and don't be afraid to reach out and ask for help. The ScoreApp team will reply. **What problems is ScoreApp solving and how is that benefiting you?** ScoreApp is helping me really narrow down how to talk to my potential clients. I'm only at the beginning of using it, but I am anticipating that it will help me with lead generation.
