**What do you like best about SCORE?**

Ease of use and Quality of Support is the best part of this app. I perosnally recommend to use this for satisfying the customer. As our Industry is satifying the customer and Improving the sales target, so its very usefull to use. 

We can easly track and manage the data between the customer relationship..

**What do you dislike about SCORE?**

I can't really think of any drawback of use. Its very useful for sales and customer satisfaction.

Good product for data collection and transfer. So we are like very much to using this product.

**What problems is SCORE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's a great app that solving the data collection and track the entire data. And its a good software product to get New Clients and to reach their expectations level.

**What do you like best about SCORE?**

This software is used for benchmarking and scaling of our business.Because our industry basically an Contract reasearch organisation.It is fully focused on customer satisfaction.So it is very useful in sales and marketing.

Our industry basically an Contract reasearch organisation.It is fully focused on customer satisfaction.So it is very useful in sales and marketing.We are liked much.

**What problems is SCORE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

To get the new clients and satisfy their expectations.Because our industry is basically Pharmaceutical production.So it recommended for new clients.Its Good software.

**What do you like best about SCORE?**

It keeps me organized.  The Asset Inventory function is nice.

**What do you dislike about SCORE?**

The reliability of the emails being added to the notes by BCC'ing a certain email is bad.

**Recommendations to others considering SCORE:**

It's a usable CRM.

**What problems is SCORE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping an organized log of all of my calls and emails.

I like being able to view my quota and attainments for each quarter, specifically volume and backlog volume.

**What do you dislike about SCORE?**

The loading times to get into SCORE can be a little long

Be patient with the loading times.

**What problems is SCORE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SCORE has allowed me to accurately see exactly where im at in the quarter, it has made my forecasting extremely accurate.

**What do you like best about SCORE?**

Has everything I need to perform my work, from training modules to administration to managing clients.

**What do you dislike about SCORE?**

Some of the pages like opening up client database takes long to load. When I have multiple clients I need to update this becomes unnecessarily time consuming.

**What problems is SCORE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing clients and continue training.
