As our Industry is satifying the customer and Improving the sales target, so its very usefull to use. We can easly track and manage the data between the customer relationship.. **What do you dislike about SCORE?** I can't really think of any drawback of use. Its very useful for sales and customer satisfaction. Good product for data collection and transfer. So we are like very much to using this product. **What problems is SCORE solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's a great app that solving the data collection and track the entire data. The Asset Inventory function is nice. **What do you dislike about SCORE?** The reliability of the emails being added to the notes by BCC'ing a certain email is bad. **Recommendations to others considering SCORE:** It's a usable CRM. **What problems is SCORE solving and how is that benefiting you?** Keeping an organized log of all of my calls and emails. ### 4.
