Along with that, it helps us understand the impact of our research and analyzes citations. **What do you dislike about SciVal?** There is nothing that I exactly dislike about Scival, but I would say it is kind of unintuitive at first, and there is a learning curve for anyone new to the platform. **What problems is SciVal solving and how is that benefiting you?** Scival provides a one-stop solution for the research/researcher track. You can also easily find the collaboration done by your university at a glance and make decisions regarding your PhD. ### 2. It fits exactly in the Elsevier environment with Pure and Scopus. **What do you dislike about SciVal?** For people who are new to the academic field might find it a bit difficult to understand and use it. It feels at the very least a bit unintuitive and it definitely needs getting used to. **What problems is SciVal solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps me find research collaborators, see who my colleagues are collaborating with and have collaborated in the past. I can easily track my research impacts and also track citations with ease. ### 3. I can also see the publication output of my university on year by year basis. **What do you dislike about SciVal?** There is not anything I dislike about SciVal per se, but I would say more integration with other research databases would definitely be a great addition to the website. **What problems is SciVal solving and how is that benefiting you?** Scival is providing a platform for researchers to see the impact of research works of themselves and others.
