Schichtplan-Manager Reviews & Product Details

Schichtplan-Manager is a web-based shift scheduling tool that streamlines volunteer and staff coordination for events. It replaces paper schedules by enabling organizers to create shifts, share assignments digitally, and manage updates in real-time via a browser. Users can define shift needs, share schedules through WhatsApp, email, or QR code, and allow helpers to self-register. Real-time updates prevent double bookings, and helpers can add shifts to personal calendars or find assignments using their name or phone number. Customizable fields collect details like shirt sizes or experience. Password protection secures sensitive schedules, and the mobile-friendly design ensures access from any device. German-based servers with SSL encryption prioritize data security. The platform offers live overviews of occupied and available shifts for events of all sizes.
