scanO cOpilot is a purpose-built AI receptionist that dental practices embed directly on their website to handle patient enquiries, book appointments, and convert after-hours visitors into confirmed patients. Unlike generic chatbots, scanO cOpilot is trained on 1.6 million real patient scan records and covers 34 oral health conditions with clinical accuracy. When a patient asks about a cracked tooth, bleeding gums, or an impacted wisdom tooth at 11pm, cOpilot gives a clinically meaningful response and captures the booking. Not a "please call us during office hours" dead end. Setup takes under 10 minutes. The product auto-generates a knowledge base by scanning the clinic's own website, pulling in services, doctor profiles, pricing, and hours. From there it runs in chat and voice modes, supports any language, and integrates with WhatsApp for follow-up conversations. Every conversation ends with a booking, a callback request, or a contact detail captured. There are no per-conversation fees on any plan.
