**What do you like best about SayHey Messenger?**

I think what I love the most is that you can have multiple platforms and centralize the information and all that in one place. If someone deletes something, there will always be a backup there, it's excellent. It also helps guide you when you have conversations.

**What do you dislike about SayHey Messenger?**

Its interface sometimes looks outdated and a bit slow; I think it needs to be updated a bit to meet current standards.

**What problems is SayHey Messenger solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to centralize all your information in a single app is just too good. I think it really helps streamline your work and keeps you much better organized. The app also has several features that help you express yourself better—it corrects you when you say something that’s not quite right. Among many other things, these features are usually very helpful in a job where you have to use the app or stay in constant communication.

**What do you like best about SayHey Messenger?**

I've used it within one of my clients' programs that they use to communicate with their staff/contractors/consultants. I love that SayHey Messenger provides a more integrated, personalised chat and comms experience that is tailored to individual company branding or guidelines.

**What do you dislike about SayHey Messenger?**

I suppose the main issue I have experience with SayHey would be firstly the cost as a primary barrier to entry. There is no free trial offered. Also, I suppose the question becomes - why bring another app / program / resource that requires learning and guidance - into the mix - when there's Slack, WhatsApp, GChat etc as viable options already in-market.

**What problems is SayHey Messenger solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For my client (and by proxy, myself, when working on their brand) it brings the organisation together - across timezones and work styles - with regulatory confidence and enhanced security/auditing features.

I have been using SayHey Messenger for five years primarily for team messaging. Setting up the software was pretty easy, and I encountered no problems during the process. One of the major benefits of SayHey Messenger is its ability to keep me connected with my teams, which is a significant advantage. The texting feature is particularly useful, especially when my team members are away from their desks as they can easily communicate through their phones. Additionally, the pricing of SayHey Messenger meets my budget requirements, making it an appealing option for continued purchase. Overall, I rate my likelihood of recommending SayHey Messenger to others as a ten, indicating that I am highly satisfied with the service.

**What do you dislike about SayHey Messenger?**

While SayHey Messenger is generally reliable, I’ve noticed that the desktop version occasionally lags when switching between group chats, and message notifications sometimes arrive late. It would also be nice to have more advanced search and file-sharing capabilities, as locating older conversations or shared documents can take extra time. Improving those areas would make the platform even stronger.

I use SayHey Messenger to reach my employees about work, and it makes it easier to get in touch with everyone. I love all features of SayHey Messenger, especially because they allow me to do group messages if I need to reach all employees about the same thing, but I can also private message each employee separately. The initial setup was surprisingly easy and quick.

Most useful feature for me is the video chatting feature and also it is very user friendly compare to other app and you can make instant connection in this. Support is somewhat good in this app.

Privacy is the concerning factor for this app and also there are limited feature or i can it is mostly toward video chatting and customization is less in this messenger.
