I really like SaviDraw's reusable CX and EX journey mapping templates. They save me a lot of time by allowing me to plug in NPS and eNPS insights from Netigate without having to rebuild diagrams from scratch for every stakeholder review. The clean export options are great for sharing visuals safely after removing respondent PII, which helps me maintain CCPA compliance for our Dallas professional services team. SaviDraw lacks native API connections to Netigate, Salesforce, and our BI platform, so I have to manually copy survey metrics into diagrams. Its permission controls are also limited, making it hard to restrict access to drafts with respondent data. I spend extra time redacting PII manually to keep our Dallas professional services team’s work compliant with CCPA. I hope SaviDraw adds native Netigate and BI webhooks to auto-pull fresh NPS or eNPS metrics. On permissions, I need role-based access so only my team can edit drafts with respondent data. This app has buttons for everything. - I can leave panels open (like Colors) if I'm on a big screen, or close them if I'm on a small screen, when not in use. - Gradient colors on text is so cool. - The voice stuff: it took a short time to figure out when to use voice shortcuts, but I find myself using them more and more. Sometimes I don't want to go over to the Tool palette constantly, to change, so I just say the name of the tool, allowing me to stay focused on what I'm drawing and reshaping. - Price: $20 is a great price for a sophisticated app like this. The main things that make me really like this app: - No Pen tool. I never mastered the Pen tool in any other drawing program. The Path tool allows me to just drag where I want curves to go. - No hierarchical menus. I used to get so tired of not hitting something, like Flip Horizontal, and then having to go back again.
