"One Platform all Devices"
4/5
What do you like best about Sauce Labs?

I like very much the "test object" solution. It is very helpful to not have physical devices in the office, having the possibility to access to an online site to pick any device at any time. It is really amazing and help our team to be more productive, cheaper and faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sauce Labs?

Sometimes the network speed is a bit poor... I think it is because we are in Argentina and it is a long distance between us. But it is really a bad point to all the South American customers. On the other hand, the support team replies are not very faster all the time. It's a good point to improve Saucelabs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sauce Labs?

The logging at the moment doesn't seem to be all that great, and from time to time I encounter some lag or stuttering issues over the network causing some of our tests to fail or it prevents the user interface from being responsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Device Cloud Platform"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Sauce Labs?

The device range and earlier the trial period was good enough for a person to start and do POC. The plans and free devices are also good enough. The platform provides a good reporting method from screenshot to bug logs. It is most helpful as it is not any framework dependant as you just need to add the key in the desired capability. What do you dislike about Sauce Labs?

The free trial should be slightly more and than basic plans are not that helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Sauce Labs is Awesome!"

What do you like best about Sauce Labs?

I like the fact that I don't have to maintain my own test infrastructure to get tests up and running. My time can be spent developing and executing instead of maintaining virtual machines. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This is tough because I like pretty much everything about Sauce Labs. If I was forced to pick one thing, I would say I wish it was faster. With that said, it isn't a problem at the current speed. We just always want everything faster. Don't we? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
