"Sauce Labs is a software with an affordable cost and with completely real devices"
5/5
What do you like best about Sauce Labs?

Sauce Labs gives me different real devices to test my web applications and that is what I like most. It has a very intuitive user interface, so anyone can carry out a test. Furthermore, parallel tests can be carried out, that is, the same case of purba in different devices. Also, I like that a tool for recording and playback is available. What do you dislike about Sauce Labs?

Honestly, I haven't had considerable inconveniences with Sauce Labs, in my opinion it has always worked correctly. In addition, its price is accessible and they offer a free trial. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Advanced and simple step to just a shake is needed to report the bug. It's really good to track bug when testfairy is integrated with the app. also we can enter a session in real time and help a user to solve an issue. we can easily invite the testers and from testfairy itself we can create bug. "SauceLabs helps us to reduce the cost of running manual testing"
5/5
What do you like best about Sauce Labs?

It has a variety of platforms and devices that we can choose from. The great thing is that SauceLabs support appium and mobile devices testing. We currently have some web product so testing the responsiveness is a must. And with Saucelabs, we have reduced the number and effort of manual testing by running the test on the cloud. When it comes to a SAAS provider, saucelabs is one of the best in the business in term of customer support. They have an amazing staff who will answer your question almost immediately. On the other hand, their support forum is great. Sometimes I can just google or search in their forum and I will see the problem that's already there with an actual solution. What do you dislike about Sauce Labs?

I wish there is a mobile app for easier access. For sometimes we want to check the result immediately, we need to access the website on the phone browser. If there was a Saucelabs app like other out there, it would be a lot more convenient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sauce Labs?

I truly like the item so there isn't a great deal of abhorrence. Might want to see improvement in execution, yet its improved a great deal now. Likewise, if a mechanization content contains different occasions to be executed, each makes a seperate session Many real blackouts enduring a few hours Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great testing platform"
3/5
What do you like best about Sauce Labs?

Selenium integration is great. testing of websites becomes so much easier with their platform. They also have free trial that we've used to check our websites. Lot of support for older browsers and IE. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sauce Labs?

The pricing I feel is a bit steep for a company in India especially. There should be some discounts in this case. Perhaps they have can have servers in india that cost lesser. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"TestFairy gets the job done!"
5/5
What do you like best about Sauce Labs?

We frequently hold bug bashes with various stakeholders and TestFairy makes it easy to upload/install builds for distribution! We had issues in the past with getting builds distributed to our team members with complicated instructions, but now it all works with the tap of a single link. We're able to automate build generation with TestFairy's upload API to automatically generate builds as well which is a plus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sauce Labs?

Responses given when uploading builds via the API can get a little annoying to work with considering you receive like 4 different URLs of which only 1 is really useful. The learning curve was a bit tough, but it all makes sense now. It'd be nice if a majority of the features weren't up-charge options that'd cost a pretty penny if you were to take advantage of everything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Platform for testing mobile applications"
4/5
What do you like best about Sauce Labs?

I really like that it is a platform specifically aimed at testing web applications, there is also the possibility to register on the page as if you were to test or as a developer, with the aim of obtaining reports from users, and in them to know where errors occur and where not, in addition to knowing also the specific requirements of the applications that we are developing something that is incredibly useful to achieve greater compatibility with different devices, without a doubt it is a quite unpreventable feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sauce Labs?

I do not find a negative feature on this platform other than the fact that I think it is not so well known but outside of that I feel that it is a pioneer in the area and that it is useful to keep our web applications in test without them being subjected to Criticisms that can be destructive or totally determinant in the use of an application. "TestFairy simplified mobile development and testing for a distributed team"
5/5
What do you like best about Sauce Labs?

The ability to capture application logs and user interactions in real-time has made TestFairy an invaluable part of our app development efforts. The wealth of information that TestFairy captures is essential to my team's testing and debugging efforts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sauce Labs?

TestFairy is great. If I had to pick one complaint, it would be that there is sometimes a few minutes of lag between an action occurring on the app, and the action being received by TestFairy. However, this is quickly resolved by waiting a few minutes for TestFairy to refresh. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"You cannot do the job right without TestFairy."
5/5
What do you like best about Sauce Labs?

The video recording, file distribution, and integration with Jira are key for us. I have recommended this to colleagues in the same field. The ability to easily group and distribute builds to alpha, beta, and partners based on custom defined groups is much better than the primitive features allowed by the online stores. We use the Jira integration for all projects... the auto-ticket feature and the Jira plugin that allow the video and logs directly into a ticket means the developers don't need to go to the TestFairy dashboard to see the details; it is all right there for review in Jira. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sauce Labs?

That is a tough one. Some additional query filters would be good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
