Though it is very helpful, there are a few drawbacks. 1. "The Best All in One Testing Solution"
4/5
What do you like best about Sauce Labs?

Saucelabs is a real game changer. My team has been using their services for 3+ years. When we got started with this tool, it was very easy to integrate into our code base. It also is very versatile when it comes to all your testing needs. You can live test on different browsers, devices, and platforms. We use Saucelabs every day for our testing needs.

Their UI is very intuitive and they take user experience feedback seriously. My team submitted feedback on how the test execution should be displayed and they had implemented!

Saucelabs continues to amaze me with their new releases and continuous improvement of their services.

They also have a strong community that is willing to help users with troubleshooting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sauce Labs?

The only downside I can think of is that Saucelabs can be a bit pricey since it's based off VMs. Sometimes we run into server errors and support takes a while to get back. We've also shifted account managers several times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
