As a restaurant tech manager for multiple stores delivery is always a pain point. Orders get stolen, drivers take the wrong bags and the experience is always a stress. I thought “secret sauce” was just a clever marketing trick but it’s really true! Noy and Dana grew online sales in the first week as well and their incredible customer service! Which other company has support on whatsapp??? One text away and a new driver was sent, custom landing pages and meetings to grow sales is what makes Sauce so appealing! Nice to have actual people to speak with when things go wrong, unlike some of the third-party delivery/takeout apps. The team is very nice and easy to work with. Onboarding process was challenging - a lot of our questions that we faced during the first few weeks should have been covered during set up. The analytics dashboard is also not very useful in its current form. And there is no ability to summon drivers when orders are ready ahead of time.
