SatNav Technologies offers a number of features that can be helpful for users, including real-time traffic updates, turn-by-turn navigation, and support for a variety of languages. What do you dislike about SatNav Technologies? The least helpful about SatNav Technologies is that it can be unreliable. It can give incorrect directions, or take you on a route that is not the most efficient or quickest way to get to the destination. There are also privacy concerns with the collection of location data. The staff is amicable and disciplined, always motivated, this translates into excellent customer service, with a 100% product offering to their clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Software updates and maps info to the device sometimes are not up-to-date, I had to contact support to realize it needed to be manually updated, because of the old map version, but, they quickly fixed the issue, checked my device, and made a few corrections, with no extra cost. Many times we need to move to a specific property address, but, getting there is not that easy, or the mobile connection used was not very reliable, with SatNav Tech's devices we no longer have this issue, we go straight from point A to point B.
