The company also offers a number of other features that can be beneficial, such as a trip planner and a fuel calculator. **What do you dislike about SatNav Technologies?** The least helpful about SatNav Technologies is that it can be unreliable. It can give incorrect directions, or take you on a route that is not the most efficient or quickest way to get to the destination. Great company, and, staff, always willing to go the extra mile fir the customer **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Favio G. | Internal Sales Representative, Real Estate, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** November 26, 2022 **What do you like best about SatNav Technologies?** The staff is amicable and disciplined, always motivated, this translates into excellent customer service, with a 100% product offering to their clients. **What do you dislike about SatNav Technologies?** Software updates and maps info to the device sometimes are not up-to-date, I had to contact support to realize it needed to be manually updated, because of the old map version, but, they quickly fixed the issue, checked my device, and made a few corrections, with no extra cost. **What problems is SatNav Technologies solving and how is that benefiting you?** Many times we need to move to a specific property address, but, getting there is not that easy, or the mobile connection used was not very reliable, with SatNav Tech's devices we no longer have this issue, we go straight from point A to point B. ### 3.
